DELIVERY TIMES & PROCESS

It takes us 3 to 4 business days to process your order and ship it.

  • Please note that this does not include holidays or weekends.
  • Please allow a few extra days for your package to arrive due to COVID-19.
  • Please keep in mind that once your package is in the mail, we have no control over the item.

SHIPPING TIME

We have two shipping options:

  • Standard shipping: 30 to 45 days
  • Fast shipping: 7 to 14 days

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Any customs and import taxes are to be paid by the buyers. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

MY ORDER IS LATE

  • If a momentary out-of-stock condition of a product occurs, the delivery time could be a little longer.
  • Your country does not offer faster shipping,
  • Shipping delays caused by customs or the carrier
  • In unforeseen cicumstances, such as epidemics etc, the date will be extended.
  • Same in the busy season, like Chrsitmas, Black Friday etc.
